Welcome to my first blog, here I will be trying to bring my knowledge regarding health and fitness to a more digestible understanding. I'm currently on my fitness journey and I know already I'm no where near where I want to be but dedication will get me through it. I will be sharing tips and tricks regarding all aspects of gym, health and fitness. Knowing that I'm actually starting a blog is a mix of emotions.

Firstly I'm excited but on the other hand I'm nervous that I will be putting my ideas out there for people to read. Feels very vulnerable.
