Pecs or Moobs?

OK guys so as the title of this blog reads I want to talk about Moobs! Some of you might be thinking what are moobs. Moobs are when a males chest isn't as developed, meaning the males chest is sagging and quiet flabby.
Don't worry I will be giving you easy tips to help get that well developed chest!!

My first tip to get a more well developed chest would be push ups, your probably thinking...
well derrr ... It's how you do the push up that matters. When doing then push up. Place your hands shoulder width, secondly when you press down make sure your elbows are going 45 degrees compared to your torso and shoulder. Please look at the picture to your below.

Please take close observation on where and how the elbows are placed. When in the position above you really need to think about that mind-muscle connection. When you start to press up remember you want to concentrate on the muscles in your chest and whilst pushing up you want to try and push the floor closer together.

My Second tip would be regarding most chest exercises. When dealing with the chest you need to really focus on form as your body will look for an easy way to make the movement easier. So, when doing chest exercises focus on keeping your shoulders in a fixed position so they don't get involved, with these two tips i promise you, you will feel a lot better mind-muscle connection and over time see a better all rounded chest.
